From the description of the past, we know there are three ways in determining entry and exit of the month of Ramadan, namely:
1. Ru'yatul Hilal (see moon),
2. Completing the count Sha'ban month to 30 days,
3. Ash-Shahadah (testimony of) people who have managed to see al-hilal, or news / announcement that al-hilal has successfully seen.
While the arithmetic falaki should not and can not be used as a backrest to determine entry or exit during Ramadan. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah states:
"No doubt based on the Sunnah (hadiths) of legitimate as well as the consensus of the companions that should not be leaned (entrance and exit of the month of Ramadhan) to the astronomical reckoning, as the hadith that has been valid from him (Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam) narrated in Ash-Shahihain (Al-Bukhari and Muslim), he said:
((إنا أمة أمية لا نكتب ولا نحسب, صوموا لرؤيته, وأفطروا لرؤيته))
"We are a people who ummiy, we can not write nor calculate. So you fasted on ru'yah (Al-Hilal), and eat according ru'yah (Al-Hilal). "
While people who rely on arithmetic in determining the Al-Hilal, so really he's like a heretic in this shari'ah and a mubtadi '(the originator of heresy) in this religion. He was wrong in the review of reason and arithmetic (astrology) itself. Because the real experts in the field of science known that ru'yah reckoning can not be determined with certainty based on arithmetic calculations. A maximum of arithmetic functions which they do when they want to know how many degrees between the new moon (the moon) and when the sun goes down. While ru'yah not be determined exactly with a certain degree, because ru'yah differ according to different levels of sharpness and flair view, and very dependent on high levels of performed ru'yah lace place against the moon from it. As is also highly dependent on the level difference and the least sunny weather.
Al-Hilal can be seen by some people at level 80 (eight degrees), while others are not able to see it even at level 120 (twelve degrees). On that basis the experts disagree arithmetic is not stabilized, and their leaders-such Bathlemous (بطليموس) - did not talk about the effect of different degrees, because the problem does not rely on certain provisions in the science of reckoning. Who spoke about it was their leaders who came later, such as Ad-Dealmi Kusyiar (كوشيار الديلمي) when they find Ash-Sharia (Islamic) law to hang (Ru'yah) Al-Hilal, then they ( arithmetic experts) see science as a way of reckoning the moon ru'yatul confirmed to him. Though this method is not the right way, not even an appropriate way, even many levels of fault, and it has been proven, the experts in that field too much at odds: if the moon-with a certain degree-visible or not?
The reason: because they are based on the arithmetic to make sure something while something can not be known / determined based on the science of reckoning. So with that they deviate from the right path.
I have explained these problems at length in the discussion other than in this place. and I explain that what has been determined by the shari'ah that this is true that in accordance with a clear mind, as well as I have explained about the limitations of the day that it can not be ascertained on the basis of arithmetic.
All members of the O `ah Kibaril 'Ulama' (House of Lords' Ulama) in Saudi Arabia have agreed on not relying on science bolehnya falaki reckoning in determining the beginning of the month. This is as stated in the decree Hai `ah Kibaril 'Ulama' number 2, which are determined by consensus' (consensus together), the following contents in brief assessments:
و أما ما يتعلق بإثبات الأهلة بالحساب فقد أجمع أعضاء الهيئة على عدم اعتباره, و بالله التوفيق. ه القرار
While the problems associated with the legal determination of the new moon in each month based on the arithmetic of ('ulama) O `ah Council members unanimously agreed that no bolehnya. ([2])
Ash-Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen rahimahullah provide a matching statement with the above fatwa, he said:
"Ash-shaum not become obligatory with under the provisions of reckoning (falaki) although arithmetic experts have determined that this evening is part of Ramadan when Muslims failed to see the Al-Hilal, it should not be bershaum. Because of shariah (Islamic) law linking fasting based on something that could be achieved by the human senses, that is based on ru'yatul moon. "([3])
So the people who rely on the reckoning falaki is one who has menyelisihi Al Haq and ash-Shariah Al-Islamiyyah. It is seen from several aspects:
1. Word of Allah Subhanahu wata'ala in Al-Qur `an: فمن شهد منكم الشهر فليصمه. البقرة: 185
Therefore anyone who witnessed the ash-shahr (hilal) of Ramadan then fasted. "[Al-Baqarah: 185].
In this verse Allah the legal linking fasting on Ash-ash-shahr ru'yah (Al-Hilal)
2. Saheeh hadeeth which describes the obligation of fasting on ru'yatul moon, are like the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah:
صوموا لرؤيته و أفطروا لرؤيته فإن غبي عليكم فأكملوا عدة شعبان ثلاثين [البخاري]
"Fast ru'yatul you based on the new moon and new moon days and feast on ru'yatul. If (new moon) is blocked (by cloudy) then genapkanlah numbers day to 30-day month Sha'ban. "[HR Al-Bukhari] ([4])
Likewise, hadith from Companions Ibn 'Umar radhiallahu' anhuma:
أن رسول الله r ذكر رمضان فقال: ((لا تصوموا حتى تروا الهلال, ولا تفطروا حتى تروه)) [متفق عليه]
That the Messenger of Allaah upon him blessings and talk about Ramadan, then he said: "Do not fast until you succeed in seeing the new moon, and let you break the fast (ber'Idul Fitr) until you managed to see the moon." [Agreed upon] [5])
Then if the difficulties in doing ru'yah, because blocked by clouds, then by way of perfecting number Sha'ban to 30 days, without having to menyelisihi Prophet r using falaki reckoning.
3. Scholarly consensus of the Companions, and the priests tabi'in Ahlus Sunnah after them.
4. Statement of astronomy experts themselves, that can not be fixed with ru'yah falaki reckoning because of the altitude difference calculation and many other differences.
5. The fact of differences among experts reckoning in determining the new moon and the height of rank to be seen.
Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said in Fath v Bari a useful word when he explains the hadith no. 1913, the hadith of the Companions Ibn 'Umar c with the wording:
((إنا أمة أمية لا نكتب ولا نحسب, صوموا لرؤيته, وأفطروا لرؤيته))
"We are a people who ummiy, we can not write nor calculate. So you guys bepuasalah based ru'yah (Al-Hilal), and eat (enter '`Eid) based ru'yah (Al-Hilal)."
He said:
"I mean the word 'Al-Hisab' in this hadith is the science of astrology and its circulation reckoning, they (the Companions) used to not know about the science but a handful of people. So on that basis bershaum legal obligations and the other linked to the ru'yah (al-hilal) in order to negate the difficulty of their circulation in the use of arithmetic star. This law continues in the provision of ash-shaum even after they have emerged of people who know the science of astrology reckoning. Even the context of the above hadith shows absolute linkage legal disclaimer (shaum Ramadan) based on the science of reckoning. This is punctuated with the statement of the Prophet in the hadith above:
((فإن غم عليكم فأكملوا العدة ثلاثين))
"If obstructed (by clouds) then perfected numbers (Sha'ban) to thirty days"
It is not, he said: 'Ask you to scholars arithmetic'. The wisdom behind this command is with him all mukallaf calculation (the Muslims) in determining the number of days when the sky was overcast, so there goes the differences and disputes of them.
There is a party that has convinced the experts rely on arithmetic in this problem, they are the Rafidhah Shiite group, and included the approval of a small portion of their fiqh experts. Al-Imam al-Baji said: 'consensus (Consensus together) generation of as-Salih salafush is hujjah who denied them.' Al-Imam Ibn Bazizah said: 'This is the belief of falsehood, because the shariah (Islamic) has been banned for explore augury, because science is only a prejudice that there is no certainty to it ... '-so-Al-Hafiz

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was asked about one of the newly converted to Islam, they brought the meat to the markets of the Muslims, and not known if they mention the name of God when slaughtering or not, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam gave an answer.

"It means: Let you read bismillah and eat" [Hadith Bukhari History 6 / 226 of Ayesha]
That is, reading basmalah when they wanted to eat. So the doubts that exist in the minds of the questioners do not have the opportunity to make the flesh-meat was forbidden, wallahu a'lam.

Every human being must crave the pleasure of the most high and eternal. Pleasure it was heaven. In it there are vessels of gold and silver, magnificent palaces decorated with various jewels, and various other benefits that were never seen by the eye, heard by the ears, and gives another heart.

In the Qur'an many verses that describe the pleasures of Paradise. Among Allaah says:

"(Is) parable (residents) who were promised Paradise to those who fear Allah in which there are rivers of water that does not change the taste and smell, the rivers of milk that does not change the taste, the rivers of wine (wine ), a delicious taste for drinkers, and rivers of strained honey and they get in it all kinds of fruit and forgiveness from their Lord the same as those in eternal hell and given a drink with boiling water so cut up her intestines? "(Surah Muhammad: 15)

"And the people that first believed, they were the most used (in Heaven). They are the people who brought near (to Allah). Being in Heaven pleasure. Multitude of people who are older and a small party of the people later. They were on the couch contained gold and jewels as she leaned on it face to face. They were surrounded by young children who were younger with a glass, teapot, and cup (chalice) containing beverages taken from flowing water, hence they are not dizzy nor drunk and fruits of what they choose and meat birds of what they want. "As if the angel's jewels Yakut and Marjan." (Surah Ar-Rahman: 58)

"Verily, We created them (maidens) with direct and We made them virgins again loving their age peers." (Surat al Waqiah: 35-37)

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam described the virtues of Heaven resident women in his words:

"... If one of the women population of Heaven he would look at the earth's population will shine between the two (the population of Heaven and the earth's population) and will fulfill the smell of perfume. And half of women veil of Heaven in his head that was better than the world and its contents. "(Narrated by Bukhari from Anas ibn Malik radliyallahu 'anhu)

In another hadith the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

In fact the wives of the population of Heaven will call their husbands with a melodious voice which was never heard by anyone. Among them are sung by: "We are the women the best choice. The wives of the noblest. They looked at with a soothing eye. "And they also sang:" We are women who are eternal, will not die. We are women who are safe, do not be afraid. We are the women who stay, will not go. "(Saheeh Al-Jami '1557 numbers)

Do What Makes Women Heaven

Are only believers from among men and maidens who become citizens of Heaven? What about the wives of the Faithful in the world, the women population of the earth?

The wives of the Faithful who believe in Allah and His Messenger will still be a companion her husband one day in Heaven and will get the same pleasure derived by a resident other Heaven, in accordance with the charity over the world.

Of course, every Muslim woman wants to be an expert Heaven. In essence, women experts Heaven is a woman who obey Allah and His Messenger. All the characteristics are a reflection of obedience that he had. Among the characteristics of women experts Heaven is:

1. Cautious.

2. Believe in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Apostles, the Day of Resurrection, and believe in the destiny of both the good and bad.

3. Testify that there is no god has the right to be worshiped except Allah, bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger, establish prayer, pay the obligatory alms, fasting in the month of Ramadlan, and pilgrimage for those who can afford.

4. Ihsan, which worship God as if he would see God, if he can not see God, he knows that God sees him.

5. Sincere worship solely to God, resignation to God, to love God and His Messenger, fear of adzab God, expect God's grace, repent to Him, and be patient for all the decrees of God and be grateful for all the pleasure given to her.

6. Likes to read the Qur'an and trying to understand it, dhikr remembrance of Allah when alone or with many people and prayed to God alone.

7. Turning amar nahi ma'ruf and unjust to the family and society.

8. Doing good (ihsan) to the neighbors, orphans, poor, and all creatures, and do good to the cattle he owns.

9. Connecting kinship to the people who decide, to give to people, holding a present to herself, and forgive those who mendhaliminya.

10. Like giving, both when the field and in narrow circumstances, to hold anger and forgive people.

11. Fair in all things and be fair to all beings.

12. Keeping his tongue from words of deceit, false witness and tell the ugliness of others (backbiting).

13. Keep their promises and the mandate given to him.

14. Devoted to both parents.

15. Connecting close relationship with relatives, friends near and far ends.

Similarly, some female traits that we sadur Heaven Experts of the book Majmu 'Fataawa Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Tamiyyah works juz 11 pages 422-423. The characteristics are not a limitation but the characteristics of expert women enter Heaven entirely within the framework of obedience to Allah and His Messenger. Allah Ta'ala says:

"... And those who obey Allah and His Messenger, Allah will put it into Heaven flowing rivers in which they are eternal in it and that's a big victory." (Surah An Nisa ': 13).

Praise be to Allaah, blessings and greetings to the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wa sallam, his family, his Companions and those who followed the instructions he. Amma ba'du 

Indeed with the case because that happened to Islam and the Muslims of the events of that grim, humiliation and adversity in the face of the enemies of Islam. Let them know how this nation is threatened danger, even disaster and catastrophe. Let they will realize the responsibility before God to save this nation from the plague '(catastrophe) and the accidents that befall them and then hasten to devote resources and efforts to carry out the causes that can help them out (of this catastrophe.) Among the most important thing is to return to their religion is true both in the doctrinal camps, worship, morality and siyasah (strategy / policy that syar'i). Let them cling to the correct manhaj which rests the Qur'an and Sunnah, and what is understood by salafus deeds in educating the next generation (this nation) in the mosques and educational institutions at various levels by using various means of information , while always remembering the words of the Prophet: "Each of you is leader and will be held accountable about his leadership." (Reported by Ibn Majah from Anas radiyallahu 'anhu) is also the word of the Apostle Shalallahu alaihi wa sallam: 
"If you had to sell purchase by way of 'Inah (a kind of usury, important life), was dissolved in farming, following the ox tails, and abandon jihad in the way of Allah, Allah will inflict upon you humiliation which will not be deprived of humiliation it until you return to the teachings of your religion (Islam, spell bound.) 
(Reported by Abu Dawud from Ibn 'Umar) 

"There is no doubt that this nation fall on slump in some cases even fell on the condition that is very bitter. The leaders of this ummah (religious, governmental and scientific institutions) to always remember the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala: "And it is not proper for men who believers and not (also) for women who are believers, when Allah and His Messenger have set up a provision, there will be for those options (the others) about their affairs. "
(Surat al-Ahzab: 36) 

Know that there is absolutely no way for you to save this nation, except in this way (back to the Qur'an and Sunnah with the understanding salafussholih, important life.) And if it take the path other than that, it will not grow to this ummah except misery and humiliation. It was the enemies of Islam are not willing but wanted them out of their religion. I ask God the Exalted Lord of the Great Throne to give to this nation well taufik Muslim governments, scholars and citizens to hasten to the causes that are useful in which God will not accept any other. Hopefully, God unites hearts of Muslims and their sentences on a al-haq (truth). On this occasion, I addressed my advice to those who were given taufik by God to follow manhaj salafusshaleh for pious to God and to monitor their external and the internal self, submitting to God's both words and their deeds. Also hasten to study useful. Then I advise the managers of internet sites, for making this Internet site as an effective means to disseminate scientifically manhaj salafi and correct in every material presented at the Muslims through this means simplified for them. Should the deal is this salafy manhaj scholars, especially those who mastered their respective fields. So who mastered the field of interpretation of the Quran, let him write about the commentary, science-knowledge, should offend (discussion) with aqidah and kinds-kinds, worship, mu'amalah and morality, in the crevices of the verse which he interpreted, so also discussion about the interpretation ushulut (points) and all that stuff. Then an expert in the field of hadith must write the papers are drawn from the sunnah of the Prophet shalallahu'alaihi wasallam and focused on the issue aqeedah and others, as I mentioned above that controls the interpretation of his brother as he himself was supposed to write about the science of hadith and biographies musthalahul hadith scholars. For those who master the field of jurisprudence, he should write a paper relating to this field, choose the discussion that helps the student of knowledge in the understanding of Al-Qur'an and Sunnah of Prophet shallallhu'alaihi wasallam and discuss the issues of fiqh that accompanied the proposition. For those who master the field chronicle (history), let him write the history of the Prophet shallallhu'alaihi wasallam, his companions and the figure of the scholars of this ummah is evident in his defense against Islam. Then the master reading (Al Quran) and the recitation, he must write a paper in this field, also a master of language, he must write discussion papers on these fields, with requirements that are not known for keeping things in this salafy manhaj like: Majaz and semisalnya . Should not make a refutation of the People of heresy and dismantle their error except the clergy. 

I hope the persons responsible Sahab and other sites, so as not to accept the writings except a really obvious to say his name and do not accept that only use the names that are not clear (pseudonym). Similarly, I hope to salafiyyin in general to stay away from the debate that vanity and causes drag on the division. Even if it occurs (among salafiyyin), then do not let the debate and do not reproduce at all put this issue on internet sites Salafiyah or the other. But soon returned to the scholars for their lead with the right words that can resolve this dispute, Insha Allah. 

I advise to ikhwah for the spirit of disseminating useful knowledge among them and spread the causes that can deliver love and brotherhood among them. Hopefully Allaah taufik to always give everything to what is loved and unite them carefully. Surely my Lord is the Hearer (alone) is prayer.
